The workouts you did 10+ years ago -- don't work anymore.  Hormonal changes cause muscle loss, sluggish metabolism and increased body fat.  But you can fight back!  Perry women who lift heavy weights and tweak cardiovascular workouts will stimulate the same healthy results that estrogen used to provide.  To do this safely, women need to gradually progress over weeks and months.  This is best accomplished by working with a personal trainer who specializes in Perry+ women.

Consistency is a locomotive train - you don't need motivation to get where you're going, you need to create momentum.   Momentum is built up over time via discipline and accountability.  Working with a coach helps get your train on the right track and moving full steam ahead.

All workouts will be on Zoom with your own personal link and can be recorded and sent to you post workout so you can do additional workouts, too!

All first-time clients from Perry are eligible for the Perry Intro Package, 3 x 30 min sessions for just $99. This gives you a chance to try fitness coaching with me at a huge discount.

Nutrition Coaching Session = $95 for up to 60 min call/zoom

You learn the NEW menopause nutrition fundamentals to help reduce body fat, increase muscle, reduce risk of disease & injury, and amplify your energy. I do not created food plans.  This is a discussion of how to rework your eating plan based on the most recent scientific research on hormonally shifted women.

Individualized Daily Fitness Program = $300 / month​

Customized daily fitness regimen with all the specifics for each workout.

 * Includes 45 min initiation call/zoom to review plan together

 * Unlimited texting - highly encouraged to communicate daily

 * 30 min mid-month check-in call

I develop a personalized THRIVE program to meet your specific needs  This includes fitness, nutrition and holistic wellness such as managing stress, sleep, energy, and hormonal therapy.  Excellent option for women who want one coach to integrate all facets of health, so you can THRIVE in your perry journey.
