Fitness Consultation & Workout Plan
60 minutes
If you're not ready to commit to a monthly training package but want to improve your fitness and body composition goals, this is a great option. Shannon will design a workout plan to optimize your time and results, learning how to achieve better results by implementing the THRIVE Women Fitness principles for strength training, cardio, mobility, and balance. Not a cookie cutter plan, strategies are tailored to your lifestyle.

Nutrition Coaching
60 minutes
Learn the new menopause nutrition fundamentals to help reduce body fat, increase muscle, reduce risk of disease and injury, and amplify your energy. Shannon does not create food plans, this is a discussion of how to rework your eating plan based on the most recent scientific research on hormonally shifted women.
