Hike & Health Retreat 
for Women

At THRIVE Women Fitness, we help women optimize health & wellness via hiking, strength, yoga, nutrition and community.  Whether you are in perimenopause or post-post-menopause, this transformative retreat will rejuvenate your body and spirit.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Experience breathtaking views of the desert as you glide over Palms Springs on the Aerial Tramway.  Upon ascending 5783 feet, we hike the San Jacinto Mountains with views of unspoiled wilderness, including mountain spires and Ponderosa pines. 

 

  • Embark on the Ladder Canyon Trail and Painted Canyon Trail,  for a one-of-a-kind adventure showcasing rock formations, slot canyons, ladders to climb, and art on the canyon walls.

 

  • Enjoy yoga & stretching poolside in our gorgeous backyard sanctuary 

 

  •  Delicious healthy family style breakfast and dinners and sack lunches while we explore the amazing trails.

  • Gorgeous contemporary desert retreat near La Quinta, CA. Immaculate 5 en-suite bedrooms, beautiful pool and fire pit.  Home showcases an expansive great room with soaring 16-foot ceilings, 12-foot ceilings throughout the living spaces and bedrooms, and slideaway glass doors that bring the outdoors in. Private gated community.  Close to Palm Springs International Airport.

Itinerary

Each day will include a hike, yoga or stretching, health meals and group activities.  Below are the planned hikes with links for more details.

Easy walk and/or gentle yoga stretching to melt away travel stiffness.

Palm Spring Aerial Tram to hike San Jacinto mountains.

We're always seeking opportunities to enhance our itineraries; published trip details including routes and activities, are subject to change but will not be drastically different for total hiking mileage .
