Welcome to THRIVE Women Fitness, where women become the best version of themselves at any age. My coaching methodology is science-based and designed to meet the unique needs of women as their hormones change through midlife, menopause and beyond.  At THRIVE, you learn how to exercise and eat the right way to achieve optimal health results as a woman.  It's not about doing more and eating less - it's about living vibrantly!

Hi! I'm Shannon.

As a personal trainer & coach for over 29 years, I can say with 100% certainty, women who workout regularly are happier and have a higher level of life satisfaction.  (Psst - medical studies back me up on this fact!)  And it’s not just because you look better, which you will, but because you feel better… in every way.   Whether you need help starting a new fitness program or tweaking your current one to get more out of it, I can help.

For busy women or those not in the Tucson area, Zoom is a great way to workout from the comfort of your own home.  I have clients from all over the US!

Working out with other women can add another layer of fun and accountability to your fitness program!  Groups are 2-4 people.  You can join an existing group or create your own fitness posse!
