Clubhouse is a new audio only social media platform. Think of it as a global university that’s open 24-7. You can go into any room and listen to the speakers discuss topics ranging from health & wellness to financial tips to building quality relationships. You can sit in the audience and listen or you can raise your hand and speak or ask questions. Pretty cool, right?

The Mindset House club holds daily rooms with fabulous moderators. My room “Women Inspiring Women”, is on Wednesday's at 5pm PST. Join us for an open, real-life chat about whatever is on your mind & in your heart. You are always welcome to just listen in as well.

Must Watch Movie for All Females

"The Glorias" is the autobiographical story of Gloria Steinem. As a child of the 70's, I knew GS was instrumental in the women's movement, but I really had no idea of the depth & scope of her work. ⠀

This movie made me feel sad & mad, but also inspired. It's a great reminder of how far we've come, but that we still have to actively keep women's rights at the forefront of consciousness. The Me Too Movement was only 4 years ago. Donald Trump's toxic slurs about all things feminine were like... 10 seconds ago. ⠀

It's Women's History Month so consider watching this with your daughters, sisters, friends, and the men in your life to help keep the momentum moving in the right direction. ⠀
